The Sony-Ericsson site offers "WAP configurator", it will simply send an SMS to your phone which will set-up WAP for you.

It isn't configured for GPRS though, so you just have to modify the connection settings appropriately.

Go to Sony-Ericsson Website (skip flash intro), and choose your country specific website.

NOTE:
Not all countries are be included, and not all operators in your country may be included. But it works!
