Could somebody please confirm the availability of this firmware.

R3B003 is only available for two languageversion in US.... it's still R2E006 which is the latest for most countries...

i speculate that this firmware release supports the 911 chip which is required in american mobile phones now. so asia and the rest of the world will not benefit from this release.
