If you have a 3g signal go into setup wizzard and the phone will download the settings it self.

The phone is clever enough to do this, if it doesnt work ring three and ask them to send them over the air this should do it.

If you are not in a 3g area, then using the mms wont always work.

Currenlty 3 use o2 as the back up but this is only for phone and sms, Soon 3 will swap to Orange as the back up and you will be able to use all the functions just not video calling.

The thing is 3 is unlike any other operator, they don't gvie out settings.
I've been on the SE site and it does have a section for downloading settings however 3 is the only network missing from it

Also the reason why I need the settings is because I removed the 3 firmware with an original SE one which won't get the 3mms settings automatically ..

So ... still needing help ..

Thanks for responding though , greatly apprciated

Sorry for being of topic but what so you think of 3? I am stuck between getting this phone on Orange or 3, I think I can get both 3G signals in my area but of course it's free to browse 3 but costs you to browse Orange's portal.
