I've heard that in Green Hills they could actually program your phone with a new IMEI number. How true is this?

Debonair, CONTACT NTC AT ONCE!!! Give them the model, make and IMEI number so they can block the phone here in the Philippines! It doesn't matter whether what Tel Co. they use. (National Telecommunication Commission). Do it ASAP.
