Comparison shots between a K858, N95 and a DSC-P100. (don't know if it has been posted before)

N95 obviously takes better pics....

Maybe better than the K858, but a distant second behind the P100! Neither of these camera phones measure up against a digicam!

Those pictures are just amazing!

The sharpness is unbelievable.

...and the photos will probably stay sharp if you print 4x6 (10x15cm). Don't bother with blow-ups though as this would provoke the gag reflex in people!

@plank - I think images taken with a K800 or K810i is much better than those . . .

@plankgatan

questions matey!

* are the shots in the intersection taken using BestPic™?
* does using date stamps on K810 makes the pic lesser in quality?

coz you hardly use date stamps on your amazing pix.

The snaps plankgatan posted are ones he gathered from reviews from different sites. He's waiting for his phone just like the rest of you.

Plankgatan merely posted resized pics. They are utterly useless to judge a camera quality.

@qvga
how often do you look at your images taken by your phone/digi cam in full size? i mean really, tell me you dont just put them on your computer and look at them?

why are you always negative with scared to admit it has a decent camera?

No i dont view them at full res. But then again, i dont judge their quality by those resized pics. If no one views them on their full size, then whats the point of 5MP?

@qgva: Stop being so harsh, man. You are always ruining the happy-go-lucky friendly mood of the discussions. I mean, "utterly uselesss'? Now, that's not true and you know it. Besides, you can express yourself in a different way rather than a flame-ish one you often use.

You fill my pants with sand!!! (as in, you're ruining my fun)

Oh, and the main point of 5MP is to have more detail in the resized pics.

whats the point of me having a 7.2mp digi cam then, i dont look at its pics full size.

unless im into profressional photography, or photography is a favourite hobby of mine, then theres no need for me to look at full size images imho. my pics are just memories.....
