does anyone here knows how to figure out my phone...the NO button doesnt seem to function sometimes is there a problem with it? how much does this cost me to have it fixed? thanks

Go to any local service point and have it replaced. There are dedicated topics for Smartnet, Semicon and SESS service points. The prices are already posted there.

I had that problem with zero button. I repaired it by myself. Just open the phone, unstick keypad (do not be afraid) and clean the spot under no button with etanol. Works fine:-)
