Hello.. my bro is on Voda as he has been since Oct/Nov 2007, he has an N95 8GB with them, he wanted it unlocked, So I told him to nip to the voda shop (where he bought the phone) and they would unlock it for him FOC, well, he got there and they unlocked it, but charged him £20 the process... is the £20 right, or is someone making a few quid, as they wouldn't give him a receipt for it.....

/smells a rat!

In store it is £20 for the unlock code as we have never been told anything other than that, so regardless of what is stated online, It is £20 in store.

He should have got a receipt mind you.
