I've had a look around and not had much luck -

where do you paste an mp3 to use as an alarm?

I found to try the root... it didnt work:

Perhaps only wav files are accepted, they are in the folder named "Windows"

Hi there,

As Masseur has said, only .wav files work, unless you use a different program, like SpoonAlarm. It's a pain I know, I converted part of a mp3 file & it works.

As has already been said, you need a 3rd party app to use mp3's.

I have tried several different alarm apps, and find G alarm suites me the best. I find it has a smoother interface, and is more finger friendly than Spoonalarm, and Alarmmaster.

i did try a WAV instead of an mp3, but no matter where i placed the WAV - the alarm couldnt find it?.. pasted it everywhere?!
