The library and dyn_const are in usb/other/zbin/config. If you have downloaded my Elfpack Starter pack recently then these files are
UP-TO-DATE!!!! and
always will be.

seeing this low response, i am kind of put-off to develop new skins and icons...
and i am busy till 25august with my engineering admissions...
so, sorry... but after that, i promise to make something new..........
why dont you too experiment and get some skins???
