Will be recieving a BB Storm tomoro, unlocked, was Voda UK. I want to run it with my orange contract sim, does anyone here know if there will be any problems with this (i know about unlatching etc) given that the phone is not latched? i know i will have to contact orange about a BB account etc but will all the usual features be available and usable eg email and web etc

Yes you will be able to use it fine.
I have used one on deo-Range with no problems.
