Software installation
Unistall your bud – device mgr/right-click/uninstall –
Unistall your bluetooth software
Shut down your pc
Unplug your bud
Boot your pc
Install actusb.exe
Shouldn’t ask for a reboot – if it does, does it -, software is installed
Drivers installation :
Unzip the tdk file- let’s make it in c:tdk -
In c:tdk u’ll find a data1.cab file
Unzip it in a new folder – c:tdkdata1
Open the mitsumi.rar or msi.rar depending on your bud
U’ll find a btwusb.inf file in it
Copy it to 2 places : c:tdkdata1 & c:windowsinf
Plug the bud
Installationn wizard luanches
install saying where the driver is
Set c:tdkdata1 for driver location
Installation is ok
You now can fully enjoy the latest enhhancements for your bud !!
NB :
- For the mistumi bud, you may somethign encounter like « you periphal hasen’t started », refresh or modded driver reinstall will solve -
- my msi test bu dis updated to 373 firmware, i adivce u to do so before trying these drivers
- many others buds should be able to run these drivers
AUDIO HOWTOS
PC and headset
Warning : I've been able to make it ork with my sony dongle and my msi requires at least a v373 firm to support audio ; some material issues may be encountered..hope our global feedback will help make that clear
Successfully tested with msi bud/t68i/jabra bt200
First of all, delete all pairings between phone/pc/headset
Set your headset in pairing mode
Pair headset and pc
Pair headset and phone using the same pairing code
Launch a service detection on the headset
"Headset" service should be available
Right click on "Headset"
Create a shortcut
Go to bluetooth favorites
Double click on the new shortcut you(ve just created
U should have an incoming call in the headset
Accept the call
PC sound is now heard with ur headset
NB :
- if u get "impossible to connect" restart the howto
- with the sony and msi v2xx u will hear an incoming call, but won't get any sound in the headset :/
PC as gsm headset
Here's my actual howto - tested with t68i r2 and msi v373 -
Delete any pairing between t68i and pc - on both sides -
Delete any pairing between t68i and any headset
On windows, launch a service detection on the t68i, you should a "voice gateway" profile
On the t68i, go to bluetooth/paired devices/add device/prai by tel/PC/
When the t68i says "Prepare your pc", double click on the "voice gateway" service you've just discovered on windows
The t68i ends its search - on windows side you get "impossible to connect" but no panic -
The pc should be discovered, just pair it
Your PC should now be the t68i headset,
to check this and handle how they'll work together, you'll find a "headset sound" in bluetooth/option and also a way to check you're connected in connections/accessory - hbh should appear, clicking on it, creates or recrates connection between t68i and pc -
nb :
- this pairing method hasn't prevented me from using a serial connection between my pc and the phone, so if you do'nt have any headset yet you won't have to modify your settings for ohter purposes
- the t68i doesn't allow 2 headset at the same time..i'd wish it could manage these with a check box in the accessory menu or even better with the profiles - the profile issue on the t68 doesn't seem to manage the accessories...even if there's a menu.. -
Playing with 2 or more headsets
This sounds tricky but finally a 10 years old kid could have found it
Let's say you've just configured your pc to work as gsm headset..than do a pairing with your 2nd headset - for me it's a a jabra bt200 -
At this moment, if you launch a call if will go to the 2nd headset
If you want to use the pc back, you just should
go to connections/bluetooth/paired devices/
The 2nd headset should be listed
above the pc
Click on the pc
Select "set 1st on list" - dunno what's the exact word in english, should sound like that"
Than launch a call..it comes from the pc !!!!!!!!!!
Next thing to sort out for me with me jabra bt200 is how to get the call goest to the headset when i use an external dialer - fma, mobile phone tools on windows side or my pda -
The sony headset can grab a call with the button but doesn't work with the jabra :/

i STRONGLY advice you to update anyway as thses drivers are much better than any previous version
my pda connects directly to nectwork interface and internet with icq - no more mocha or ras !! -
This drvers are gonna work for far more dongles, i'm updatin the list at this time, will update the topic later
