ayun! Very stressfull, bloody!ahehe
sort of everyday's always like a bloody day for us trainees coz we aren't allowed to speak any language other than english during & within the training premises..it's indeed gonna be a pretty tough job! Nevertheless, am hopeful that i get to pass this course & find myself eventually in one of the most lucrative industries our country has today, the bpo industry! Hopefully, sutherland will absorb us after we're through and successfully passed the training!
