I don't know about an agp fan, maybe a whole new agp, my geforce 3 came with one on already. Try jungle.com, amazon.co.uk, or watford.co.uk, don't know if they'll deliver out your way. Try them anyway.

Yes it can cause you computer to restart if it over heats.

I really only know of UK shop not really web-sites sorry
