They both mean the same thing, but 'color' is the spelling used in America only, 'colour' is the spelling used by everyone else

wow... this is a very old thread...
i'm sorry, i have a question, what does "spousing" means? it's like spouse+ing. (my friend wrote it 'spouse(ing)' in her facebook 'about me')
