I have a question that might be better suited to an android forum, but what are the language options like? Are they preinstalled or is it in add-on packs downloadable from somewhere? I may need simplified Chinese on mine in the future.

Also how does network branding work on android phones? I don't want to end up Vodafone branded firmware and not be able to debrand it easily.
