Reverse IP Trick still working on 2.xx and 3.xx...both Smart and Globe...
apn: internet for smart, http.globe.com.ph for globe
proxy address: 80.232.117.10
Goto
Menu>Tools>Settings>Network>
Leave everything as it is except these two:

Opera Mini Server:
wap.smart.com.ph or
t.globe.com.ph

Reset of a server at an error: uncheck
