They get regular updates... which is why expansys has changed as I saw in morning and it said 6 april and now says tomorrow... which I thought was strange... Spoke with them and they feel this is a pretty accurate date...

In Germany it's also available. Some devices were already shipped. So the device was out in late Q1.
