try removing for at least 5 seconds then reinsert the battery, then turn on the phone, if it doesn't work try reinstalling the software using SEUS.
about the update, usually I get a constant 3-4 bars of signal at home in the previous firmware, after updating I get a constant 5 bars of signal at home, sometimes it drops to 4 but goes back to 5 bars, I think the signal improved, would like to get feedback from others and also from you after you get the Hazel running again
hoping it gets fixed
EDIT: Glad you got Hazel working again, I guess we can confirm the update improved the signal

Guess I didn't charge the battery but It was well over 50% if I remember correctly.

It has, 2 month ago i updated my hazel to be R7CA064. But last week when I'm trying to update to R7CA065 through SEUS, it said that my phone already has the latest firmware...it look like the R7CA065 isn't available for Indonesia...

nope, i already checked using check software version and SEUS program
still saying i already hav the latest software yet
and my hazel still R7BA081 ..
