i cant create and receive message,, it always says "Not found" what should i do? this happened after i press "master reset" and then my g900 phone reset

help please!!!!!

try update software version.. Cguro yung minaster reset mo corrupted na din yung backup software..

Master reset mu ulit malamang bugs lang yan, try and try. pag ayaw pa update mu na lang. Or kung may usb at driver ka kaw na lang gumawa,
