This should be dead easy. Download the Blackberry Desktop Manager and then connect your 9700. It should tell you there's an update to the OS 6 for your phone.

Download it via one of the links, and then install and delete vendor.xml then run app loader or you can install it via desktop manager.

Hi thanks for the replies, but Ive already tried the one of crackberry but it just doesnt work, i do everything but it just doesnt ask me to update my phone...ill give this another go.

did everything as in description and updated without problems..
