ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OTOW.pk - News) announces that the Company wholly owned subsidiary, Earthcom Service C por A has secured their highly anticipated Corporate Offices in Santo Domingo. The new head office will be located in the National District.
The Company recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Earthcom Service C por A, has positioned itself to qualify for submittal of a bond offering in the Dominican Republic. The company expects to file the documentation for a $25 million bond offering. This Corporate Headquarter establishment was one of the necessary milestones required for completing the bond offering.
It was also recently announced that the Company is actively seeking to acquire parallel finance vehicles rather than relying solely on one funding entity. The establishment of a corporate office will provide a much required presence, and open the door to the culmination of these business activities. As the Company prepares the required filings for registration of the securities, O2 has contacted Fitch Ratings to rate the secondary and expects the bonds to be rated between BB and BBB, with a coupon in the range of 9.25% to 9.75%, which is typical of a bond rating in this region.
O2 Secure Wireless has secured all the respective domain names. The Company's marketing name in the Dominican Republic is appropriately termed "DIGAME". Digame Wireless and Digame Cellular are the Company's registered trademarks in the Dominican Republic, and the domains have been secured in numerous potentially promising countries such as Cost Rica, Antigua, Belize, Columbia, Grenada, Haiti,, Honduras, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, Montserrat, Turks & Caicos, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Chile, Guyana, Venezuela, Ecuador, Anguilla, Jamaica, Panama, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Dominica, and Guadeloupe.
