I am just wondering how accurate the web demographics is?

It's accurate.
Most visitors come from .com and .net so it's difficult to track where they are located, but even if the statistic is from december the division between the countries shoud be up to date.
February stats without untrackable hosts which is about 40% of total:
com - 31 976
net - 15 335
uk United Kingdom 10 062

the only reason I'm wondering is because users from the Philippine users didn't appear on the stats when I think they're quite an active group.
But since tracking is based on the domain, they're most probably lumped with the .coms and .nets domains.
