i have bought a new iphone 4gs on e-bay and it is locked to o2 ,,,can i use my tesco sim in it ?,,will it work,has anyone had a simmilar experiace

Must work. Tesco and O2 is the same situation as with Orange and T-Mobile.

O2-UK, Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile are interchangeable. Same story with T-Mobile and Orange UK.
