I work 4 years with iPhones, but this crap I see first time:

That happened after jaylbreak with the latest redsn0w version. iPhone firmware is 4.3... Any ideas what happened?

missed all standart icons on home screen as camera, contacts, settings and etc.

not much choice except to restore using itunes
unfortunately that will give you iOS 5 and I believe there is only a tethered jailbreak available at the mo for that

you can probably downgrade again to 4.3 using redsn0w but I've not tried it myself

Solution was simple- there is some crack with Apple server and 3GS is posible downgrade from 4.2.1, 4.3, 4.3.1, 4.3.2, 4.3.3, 4.3.4, 4.3.5 to customized 4.1
