Over the summer I started downloading photographs directly to our iPad. In the past I had first loaded them onto our laptop and then transferred them to the iPad. Now, I am wondering if I can take what I first put on the iPad and move them to the laptop. Does anyone regularly do this? Or, do you know if it can be done?

To transfer your photos from iPad to computer, you can use iOS Data Manager tool. It allows you get access to all photos and move them to computer via USB Cable.

iTunes is able to do that. Another option is using data transfer apps by developers in App store like this one: https://www.iphonetransferrec[....]photos-from-iphone-to-mac.html

The iTunes can do that ,if there are more than 100 photos that need to be transmitted, iTunes won't be able to do that quickly .

This is not a matter to worry about if you have any of the recent Apple updates. This is just because the iPad is now designed with the feature of transferring or sharing files through USB as well as through Bluetooth. If you still finding it difficult, then through get to know about it and clear all the confusions you have.
