> HTC Sensation 4G Keeps Restarting

My friends HTC Sensation 4g just keeps restarting non-stop until it drains the battery and heats up. Any solutions to this. ICS comes out tomorrow for it but the phone won't even stay on long enough to allow for even a partial download of the new firmware.
It just goes to start up stays on for a minute then bloop restarts again.

maybe try a master reset on the phone, if that doesnt work then maybe let the manufacturer know as it should be under warranty still.
