Cameraphone is incompatible with low light , no matter has or not OIS - quality is very poor.

Actually OIS allows for more light making a clear difference in the camera quality - not sure how someone can say it is making no difference on a camera phone ?

OIS help us for making clear from shakе blur image , but can't remove noise by low quality or little image sensor. OIS is only good helper , no is panacea.
