Yes the black looks like a completely different handset to the white. Absolutely no issues with this G2 seems very stable. Best battery of any DROID I've used so far.

This may not be the right place to ask but I will do it anyway.
I will be getting a G2 for Verizon tomorrow and since Verizon is always way behind with updates and has a lot of bloatware I will root the phone and flash kitkat on it.
Does anyone know of a good stable ROM I can flash with good instructions?
I have searched XDA but there are too many ROMs and very little instructions. I have installed custom ROMs on Sony phones but never on a LG phone. I don't want to brick the phone since it is provided to me by my employer.
