How do I transfer files from my 16gb card to a new 32gb card on my Sony Acro S?

I'm running out of space and need a bigger card, but don't know how to retain existing files and apps from the card I'm replacing.

Agreed! Get yourself a card reader and just copy/paste all the files from the old card to the new one.
