The Moto G by Motorola is an affordable Android smartphone for everyone.

This price means war for every other Android manufacturer and maybe even Windows Phone, with a price point well below 200 € for the 8 GB version.

The Moto G features:
4.5" 720p TFT display with nice colours and viewing angles
Quad core Snapdragon 400 with 1.2 GHz and 1 GB RAM
8 / 16 GB internal memory, non expandable
1.3 MP front, 5 MP back camera
143 g weight at 65,9 x 129,9 x 11,6 mm (curved back)
Android 4.3 with guaranteed update to Android 4.4 come January

169 € for the 8 GB version is almost a steal. Consider me impressed.

At least we all know why Google brought Motorola. To commoditize the phone market.

Anyway, I think it's excellent for the price.

Just seen a HD video test on Recombu and it looks good. Very decent for price and as a spare phone too. I once had the RAZR I and I never once had any issues with it

Got me one of these today. Nowadays they are bundling a charger with it outside of the box, at least here.
Speedy phone, a bit on the thick side but good handling. Near-stock KitKat is a huge plus.

Thanks Hihihans...

Yes, I have unwrapped the phone yesterday...i've been it from morning. right now i'm setting up the phone and i am enjoying it. Though battery life seems bit low, provided that i am using the net continuously for updating and downloading the applications. so it would be too early to comment on battery life. Apart from that phone is very fast. The screen is very sharp and crystal clear. Still i have not experienced any lag.

i will post detail review after 2 or 3 days of use.
