I guess a 1/2 inch sensor would make the phone thicker right? Anyway curious to see the camera samples

I think S7 only has water resistant over lg g5 but lg has USB type c so if I was to choose I might choose lg g5.

I am glad they are using the note 5 back- looks good and I read makes the handling better

I'd take the S7 Edge over both.

I really wish LG had stuck to the G4 design , maybe given it metal frame and kept the leather rear.

So GSMArena has the specs up for the S7/S7E, not sure how accurate they are. They claim a 1um pixel size for the S7 camera, which makes no sense since the S6 had a 16mp @ 1/2.6 and gave 1.12um pixel size. The S7 has a 12mp @ 1/2.6 but at 1um pixel size O_o.

The super fast autofocus and 1um size seems to suggest a sony sensor, perhaps some variant of the IMX318 but doubt samsung is using it since it's meant to ship much later.

Well guess the rumours of a 1/2 inch sensor were false.

No... You're wrong !

The camera marks a mobile record with its f/1.7 aperture. It also has extra-large 1.4µm pixels !!!

Chill out, aperture is not the same as sensor size 1/2.6 is the sensor size, linked below is the info from GSMArena showing a 1um pixel size. Als 1.4um pixels are not large.

I guess I like S7 edge too because of larger screen . Plus I said this before but I am not sure about g5 battery. I guess they had to choose a thin one so their battery removal mechanism works but how long it will last in real life usage . The fact that Samsung choose a much larger battery for a slightly larger screen shows that could can be power hungry too

Is also up for preorder in Sweden.
http://www.telenor.se/privat/galaxy-s7.html

The Swedish people seem to get the Exynos version of the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, if the spec sheet is to be trusted.
