Mm. If you take from my words only this than ok.
I am trying to show how biased things can get, and how some basic analysis can influence your viewpoints.
But maybe you're right, maybe I just do it for myslelf and nobody else cares.

I work in a Communications role and we all use smartphones to take pics. Invariably it's me that takes them, as I get the best results. We shoot in challenging situations, with lots of light and presentation screens etc and the manual settings on my XZP work better than my colleagues iPhone8 and S6. The more megapixels helps too. Replaying 4K HDR content looks awesome and my battery seems to last better as well.

Each to their own, but I wouldn't swap this device for any other right know.
