A bit too shiny for me.
(even that I might get it)

Indeed, that was single camera performance so that's great news. Want to see the blind camera test, wonder if public will like the images.

Was that a joke?
The Xperia XZ3 scores high but the photos shown for it were not that great.

It's like DXOmark's Huawei P20 Pro review that praised it like crazy but the sample photos shown were inferior to those of others they were compared with.

Now when I have seen this phone in real life, I can personally say: omg, it is pretty AF (the forest green and Bordeaux red).
The price doesn't put me off one bit but just 4GB of Ram is a hard pill to swallow when you know there is a 6GB option for Asian market.

Does anyone have a recent experience buying an Xperia from Asia and shipped to Europe?

Note 9 has 8GB ram and XZ2 has 4GB and yet it's the XZ2 which has the upper hand in performance tests. To my understanding more would benefit multitasking, but 4 is quite sufficient for most people.

the sad thing is the general consumer goes into a store and goes straight for the galaxy, cause that's what marketing tells them to shop for. even if they see the xz3 at the store, they might take a look cause it's pretty but they'll look at the specs and to them, bigger is better cause marketing says so.

average consumer doesn't think about software optimization and such and even if they ask the sales person at the store, the sales person is gonna sell the galaxy cause they're also uneducated, they are biased, or maybe they get a better commission..

wish stores here carried xz3 so i could go take a look in person. sadly i don't think anyone does.. maybe bestbuy will have it in the store at some point but it would probably only be a dummy version and not a real one.

Links please!
GSMArena.com's test doesn't show multi-task tests.
