Mam I agree with your points which I myself mentioned more than once here and elsewhere but still this doesn't make the Fold a good device. It's alive because of sheer marketing power. Has many problems and makes it harder to use while claiming to be better at that. Weren't you angry about headphone jack? Fold doesn't have it either. It's useless for now that's why they are trying to market it as a luxury jewelery very exclusive bla bla device. Because it has no benefit, no better use case than regular phones of this era. Foldables need a lot of improvements to be actually usable.

Yes, first gens tend to suck etc and let's give it to Samsung for trying but who else was going to try? They have everything. Sony mobile did a lot of firsts while struggling. 1 has the same camera setup with the S10s, arguably better screen so it's as boring as any s10 (if it can catch up to it in image quality). Sony is frustratingly annoying most of the time, they simply don't make sense but we're still here complaining. I don't expect anything out of the ordinary from them anymore. Just waiting to see if the new management and sh*t will make Xperia live up to its 'one sony' potential.

If Galaxy F will have poor sales, why should Sony spend money to make something like that?
They do not need to do something just because other are doing.
Otherwise we would have the fugly notch or the ridiculous hole.

One screen is too big for a phone, it looks like an iPad mini when open.
Outer screen is too small. Probably not much bigger area than an iphone 5 screen.

If a $900 Xperia barely sells, who would spend $2000 on a "android book"?

Buying a combo Tab S4 + S10 is much cheaper. More than $500 cheaper.
F has almost 60% more screen than note9, battery is 7,5% more.

OnePlus just said they have no plans to do this kind of device any soon.
Sony should say same.

Only thing Sony should do like Samsung is a Xperia with pen.
But not plastic one like Samsung.
I used one of their tablets and I was afraid pen was going to break. Too fragile.

Smaller Crystal LED screens that can be used to form a bigger one. Looks like each unit has size of a TV. Contrast is 1.000.000:1 like OLED. 😏😏😏😏😏

Isn't CLED old news? Or was it not available to purchase before? Because they showcased this long ago as Canvas/Cledis.

The only thing sony should focus on is to release something with sense

Get rid of the measly 3000mah battery and do some justice to the consumer

If you can, try connecting normal usb mouse and operate using pointer then you should be able to use Companion.

What I mean is the screen of the xperia has issues.
Companion says I need to unlock the phone, otherwise I cant perform repair.
And I cant unlock the phone.
If phone is stanby for many hours, not even OK GOOGLE works.

Look at this ... This purple is very different from the device brought to MWC.
