I remember that someone here posted a photo of a dual selfie.
They need to increase the amount of ram inside the sensor.
I hope Aube 2.0 does not have the limitations of current one.
Iso 12800 + 4K is welcome.

4K from Samsung, LG or Sharp?

If they go back to flat back, the oled + 8.7mm must be enough for the camera not be that thing pretty ugly like iPhone's.

So if a told you all that Sony are working on a 5G device with a 4K HDR OLED display with quad cameras (2 front + 2 rear) with the 2nd gen AUBE fusion processor to be available by the end of Q1 who'd get excited?

Nice, but is it from reliable source? If you say yes, I will believe you based on your track record

As always, poor suckers who just the other day got their hands on the 'long awaited and eagerly anticipated' dual camera sensation that is the XZ2P are getting a kick in the nuts by Sony with this new device. The same goes for XZ3 users because I think those users will want the XZ4 straight away.

Can't agree with you. I chose XZ2P because it has 16:9 IPS display, theme support and Xperia Actions. These things are not available in the present/rumored future models. At the current price of 500-600eur XZ2P is a real bargain. And almost everyday I read about new XZ3 OLED display or build problems.

Are you satisfied?
I wanted it, but is not for sale here.

Yes, I am. It is by no means the smallest or lightest phone on the market but you get used to it. Recently there has been a huge price reduction in Asia on this model.

If it were a Compact, Yes!.
Otherwise, not really. I would of course be excited for sony and for people who consider phones in that size. I am guessing that it will be a 5,8-6,3 inch device? Give me a 5 inch 21:9 display. That would be neat. A true one-hand-phone.

@Napahlm

I hear you, the next best thing is the Galaxy S9 but the rumours suggest that the S10 Lite will be perfect with a flat OLED screen, side FPS, minimal bezels, probably very nice theme engine and in a compact body with a 3.5mm jack....basically what Sony should have done. Fingers crossed that the screen size is below 6 inch.

What I'm curious about is whether Sony will have a folding display ready for next years Premium.

Not sure if you're joking or not.

Given Sony's track record, I would highly doubt it.

Nah, why would I be joking? We know from earlier reports that Sony and LG Display were working on folding displays, and before that Sony's been working on them since forever. Wherever Sony sourced the XZ3 display from (be it JDI or LG), they obviously have the capability of curving OLED displays. And we even have the Royole FlexPai out there with a folding screen ahead of Samsung's own offering. I wouldn't be surprised if we see other companies with folding displays next year, it's just a question of when Sony will have theirs ready.
