2) ND Filter (I'd expect an accessory) or this just means cool video in bright light.

Its rumored that all cameras sensors will be from Sony own sensor. Hope its good sensor and comes with real optical zoom!

XZ1 Compact is way better than 5II in my opinion. 5II has more software fun but pictures seem better in low light on XZ1c. Also you almost have to extend your arm fully to get the picture framed properly on 5II, otherwise you just get a big face on your pics. I doubt you can take a groupie with 5II, unless you have a selfiestick.
