There is no download. You have to go to a service centre, for a number of reasons which have been discussed in other threads. Sorry. This post was posted from a T39

NICK,

There are many Ericsson Service Centers in the Netherlands. To find one near to you, do the following:
- go to http://www.sonyericssonmobile.com/nl/
- click on "Support" (on top of the page)
- click on "Dealer Locator" ( on top right of the page)
- enter your Plaatsnaam
- Check the box "alleen dealers met een Service Point"
- click on "Verzenden"

Now you'll find MANY service points.
