depends on where u live... if you live in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland) you can check out http://www.telesupport.se else go to http://www.sonyericssonmobile.com, the list of servicepoints on 's site doesn't always shows any servicepoints, so you might just have to get the number to the helpdesk in your country and call them to get some address to a servicepoint.
