Please somebody help me. My T68 act quite silly. It won't shut down, but freezes when the "Ericsun" goes down. And when I'm trying to use GPRS it connect, it sometimes can't find any server. After such a session, I loose the net connectivity. So I have to hardbot to make a phonecall. Strange!
I have R3A hardware and R2B software. The problem started when I'm uppgraded to R2B. Since the I have had a new phone once, and a new battery once.

Any ideas?

my advise is to paint it blue and throw it in the ocean so you will not find it!!!! im just kidding listen if its under warranty go take it back try to get the upgrade again or if that fails replace your T68 for another one

Thank you! Just what I needed!

Anyone else? I have already changed phone and battery at the service point.

Anyone experience the same thing? (not about changing phone, but the problem described above!)

Thnx ArnoldC!

It seems to be the same problem. The problem here seems to be that my phone not really disconnect. When it ask "Continue to be connected?" I press "No". But the summary screen won't show up (until you try to turn of the phone and it freezes...).

Anyone know some way to "force" the phone to disconnect and to show the summay screen?

socarb, have you tried making a call (use a toll-free number), and after the call, press No again and the summary screen will show up?

arnoldc... I have tried to make a call, but after wapping the phone can't connect to the net provider. Can this be some kind of operator-related thing...?

It could be a problem with SIM card the phone talks to the card a lot at startup. This post was posted from a T68

But not at close, right - and thats when the problems appears. I was told it could be the SIM, but i tried with diffrent SIM and diffrent networks but the same problem.
It got to be SW related!!

I had the same problem running on R1B, but when I upgraded it I lost that problem but got a few new ones.
Hopes that the joint venture thing with Sony forces especially Ericsson to shape up with their SW. It really stinks!!
