Hi

I have been searching for Hotmail Access on wap for a while, and at last I found it.

Web - http://mobile.msn.com
Wap - http://mobile.msn.com

There is also a link in MSN messenger 4.6 (Window XP) Tools, Options, Phone, Mobile Device from the menus.

You can configure personal setting on web site. This is US based so all content is US based.

Wap site not brilliant but it lets you get you Email on the move....

You can sign into hotmail? I am only able to get to the front screen and any options that don't require the .net passport sign in.

When I try to sign into mobile.msn.com, I always get an error of unsupported content type. I had heard that the MSN wap page only supports the phone.com minibrowser, which is different than the wap 1.2/2.0 browser included in ericsson phones.

What links EXACTLY do you follow to read your hotmail on wap?

Well I have the Motorola P280 with Voicestream GPRS service, and it uses the Phone.com browser version 4.1.23c. After entering my username and password, I get an error, something like, "Document contains invalid data"

I have no idea what the problem is, I am able to check Yahoo! mail and AOLmail just fine with the P280. Mail on myrealbox.com works well too.

Hi

I am accessing this site on Nokia 3330 phone with WAP 1.1 browser.

If you log into the web site http://mobile.msn.com you can configure what you mobile device is... Pager, WAP Phone, Pocket PC/PDA.

When you goto http://mobile.msn.com on your phone you get the following ...

1) MSN Mobile menu
2) Select Hotmail (1st option)
3) .Net Passport Sign In menu
4) Select type of email address ie. @hotmail.com
5) Enter email name (@hotmail.com)
6) Enter your password.
7) Hit submit
8 ) Message about being able to personalize content on web site
9 ) Hit next
10) Your in your INBOX
You can new read, write email and access your address book.

it looks like msn overhauled their mobile interface, good. but i can't still login, bad. i get an error that the content is too large, oh well.

btw, it is not an msn problem, because nokia phones can login (sigh). so i'm still stuck with t68 and pocket pc combo.

The content recieved from the origin server was too large.
