Because the site is registered with the IP address 127.0.0.1 in the DNS. 127.0.0.1 = localhost = your own PC.

If a computers want to communicate with each other via TCP/IP, they must have a unique IP address. But a couple of addresses are reserved and cannot be used. no1themes.com address 127.0.0.1, is one of these addresses.
