> New V800 users needs help!

First of all I must say I love this phone, its a great piece of kit however I do a few questions........
1 - how do i find out my FW version?
2 - can I change the backlight timeout?
3 - Why do i have to turn the volume up everytime i play a clip/tune?

I think it's r1f and that's the itp customization version
(Only R1D and R1J exists as far as i know)

About the volume of the tune/clip playing...
1.Play a tune/clip from the My Items menu, turn the volume up then exit.
2.Turn your phone off and then on.
3.When you turn the phone on the volume you had that clip playing will now be your default volume.
