I wonder why Nokia accepted use its brand for this model?? That sounds like is giving up to series 60??

It is launched by nokia china for chinese market only and uiq for chinese text input .. A symbian version for 6108/3108

Nothing to do with that...
It is a *fact* that handwriting recognition is about a must-have in China (look the success of earlier Series 40 models from Nokia with handwriting recognition) and especially for a Smart phone.
