A M600 style keyboard is already a pleasure to use. Qwerty is nice to have for me. Actualy, I like the M600 keyboard more than the cramped qwerty one the P990 has. I suppose my fingers aren't the smallest around
I'm very curious to find out more about, what appears to be, a M600 - P990 convergence device.

No QWERTY keyboard! What's with the 3.2 mp instead of 5? I've been waitin for the successon to the p990i and they still exclude major features. I'm a tiny bit disappointed.

This doesnt surprise me if it is true... Typical of SE to sell us down the river. Want to know what happens to p990i owners? We get forgotten about... If that will be the case then I guess the p990 will be the last SE phone I ever buy. And I can guarantee I won't be the only one. Idiots at SE need to think their stategies out properly before releasing incomplete rubbish like the flop that is the p990i.

i wouldnt opt out of buying an SE in the future because of this.... you didnt have to keep the p990i, couldnt you have returned it within your 14day cooling off period if you werent happy?
i really hope they do realise the p1000 - personally i waited to see what teh p990 was like, after all the bad comments i waited.... nwo fingers crossed there will be a worthy sucessor

Keeping in mind that the P990i took almost 1year from announcement to release and that this 'P1000' hasn't even been announced yet, then this 'speculative' tread is highly optimistic at best. SE's market orientation has changed a lot over the last few years, unfortunately most of the fans live in the past. Expect less and avoid disappointament. It will be interesting to see where the GPS will come from (if any).
