Tn dogman i work in a gsm operator and we receive the prototypes very often i was waiting for this phone and i was eager to try it for so long i'am not any brands fan i just fancy a good phone i actualy have a p990i and had all kinds of phones and tried all kinds of phones since 1996 when i first started in this field, i'am not saying it's a bad phone but i expected more from it in my opinion it should have a new and advanced version of symbian s80 instead of the s60 which is good for other phones but afterall nothing is perfect.

@WALIDIS,

I never suggested you were wrong and said you were entitled to your opinion, just that others don't agree with you that was all.

I have been involved in Mobile Telecoms since pre launch of the original analogue Networks and Mobile Data since it's start. I actually think the move to S60 is a good one once die hard S80 fans get to grips with S60 and it's speed and enhancements i have very little doubt they will soon forget all about S80 IMO.

I dont think there's a bandwagon to jump on.

The guy is giving his experience of the handset, all be it after a short space of time.

Can the know-it-alls let this guy have an opinion?

It's good but i don't think it suits a women, it's wide and little bit heavy, on the other hand i didn't like the new s60 as an operating system is like you have a n95 but with another body and bigger screen.
After all that's my opinion and what i hate in Nokia is that their marketing strategy is perfect for their sales but poor for the customers because they always miss something in a phone so we can eagerly wait for an upgrade and pay more money ex:n93i: perfwect camera + optical zoom but no real flash, 9300 and 9300i perfect fit and size no camera, e61i perfect phone little bit wide but great screen yet camera 2mp knowing that with this size you can fit at least a 5mp camera.
