im with boba on this, the nec313 was the first fone on the 3 network that i liked the looks of, it was on offer so i bought it. if i knew the insides were so awful i wouldnt have bothered.

Because it hasn't officially been announced by NEC yet...I think this is just a initial test model,..Pictures have been leaked as they do with many handsets.
