That isn't a bad idea at all.
I find it rediculous that people should moan about the quality of cameras embedded in mobile phones. Cameraphones are still very much a novelty feature, there are some good enough to replace one's digital camera with, but not many.

The screen can be folded backwards in order to easily use the viewfinder for when you use the digicam mode,that way it looks more like a digital camera and less of a phone...quite neat actually.
