@winnerzero are there actually NEW apps for the SW2? or are you just referring to old SW1 apps? I'm curious if there are a lot of new ones designed just for the SW2..

Check it out...I think it could support smartwatch1...https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pacosal.sw2.accnew

I have to say, I am really loving the sw2... I thought it might be a gimmick to wear a smartwatch before, but now that ive had a couple days play w the sw2 it has really grown on me as a phone companion that is extremely useful...I really really hope sw2 sales smashes the crappy galaxy gear with it stoopid half day battery life n crappy software... Sony sw2 rocks!

just got my smartwatch 2 today! and while i still think it's gimmicky, not having to turn on my phone screen every time i get a text or email is GREAT! for that alone, i think it's worth it haha.

I think there should be more apps though and DEFINITELy more watch faces. For some reason I can't seem to find the watch face that's on the side of the box (digital with date)? and how do you get the music player "widget" to appear on the smartwatch like it does on the side of the box? anybody know? ;/

Yes was looking for those too,but they are not there ... I also miss the pinch to go back and the widgets I had on SW1 ... music player makes some problems too... is very slow to load and there is also a big lag
Google maps is not as clear to see as it was before
Sony MUST work on the software ... pity SW1 worked here better!

^which google maps app did you use?

and yes, i agree the music app remote should work better! it does not load properly sometimes and freezes/hangs often. perhaps cause of the slight lag. in any case, it should be better.

the SW1 app looked and worked better
I just think this watch must have more HP,processor is too weak.

cool. it seems to work fine for me, though i wish there was navigation! i've also used another app called GPS point? i think.. its pretty much the same thing..

looks like sony did remove features from the smartwatch that were originally demoed when it was first announced .. i hope they bring them back in a software update soon. i want!
