The event, by the way, was a Christina Aguilera concert in Camden.. I was there for only 30 minutes because it was about a million degrees in the place!
No new phone launch!

So we can reasonably assume there aren't any new models on the distant horizon. Like many folks, I'd like to see a proper replacement for the S700.

I`m dying to see a S800 or S900 but,, poor us: we dont get it, it will not be announced, nor manufactored

S series is dead.
I hope they improve the quality of the video in there next k range phone. Nokia are up to 30fps vga whilst the k800 only has qcif

You know there are more Cyber-shot phones on the way. That's a certainty, and with sales of the K800 doing so well, it doesn't take a genius to work out that SE will milk the brand as they did with Walkman.
Optical zoom will come. Decent video will come.
Will we see Handycam? Perhaps, but is there really a market for a camcorder phone (like the N90 or N93). Ordinary Cyber-shot cameras have decent video, so I am not sure we really need Handycam on the phone so it can have VGA or DVD quality video.
