It doesnt relevant to the term of "Big Music", should be something more than just W350 : Mooi? Some music accessories? Or a range of Walkman handsets.

It must be some kind of answer to Nokias music store. Some kind of collaboration with an existing music store?

w910 Kent (swedish pop group) Limited edition is released on the 17th of October.

bulk order made: MSM7500 chips

I think Omap3 is better. SE should have chosen it than MSM7500. MSM7500 is quite similar to Philips Nexpheria, both have less specification when released than OMAP. I think Nokia offerings next year will have more interesting hardware specification (CPU&GPU) than the SE ones since it will be equipped by OMAP3 (i guess). I don't understand why SE keeps using less powerful hardware when better is available. Cutting expenses, I guess?

I feel that its high time that all branded phones SHOULD have a remote attached to the headset...
bluetooth LCD(like the 1 recently launched)in high end,
wired LCD remote in mid range models
and without LCD in low models.

xumdeo, you mean these??

'QUALCOMM recently rolled out its M-S-M-7500 chipset that is intended to transform wireless devices into "the ultimate personal multimedia experience" -- enabling PDAs and Smartphones to function as portable video players, music centers, gaming consoles and more.'

Sounds interesting......

hmmm... i found this

The MSM7500 chipset boasts a power-efficient design with a dual-CPU architecture that integrates an ARM11™ applications processor and an ARM9™ modem processor to deliver the processing power required to run on-demand multimedia content over high-speed Rev. A networks. The MSM7500 chipset will:
Deliver high-end multimedia with the integrated Launchpad™ suite and BREW support
Support high-resolution VGA displays and TV-out to turn wireless handsets into personal media players and leverage the viewing experience of television monitors
Provide a high-end gaming experience with an embedded ATI 3D graphics engine that further improves the user experience with 3D user interfaces
Expand the Smartphone market with support for Linux® and other third-party operating systems
Provide support for wireless peripherals such as WiFi, Bluetooth, QUALCOMM's FLO™ solution, as well as popular broadcast standards

it seems msm7500 processor is like Intel's dual core. what a go if uses that processor, i cant wait!

whats bigger news is this chipset allows

Quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE
Tri-band 3.5G but ONLY up to 3.6 - a competing chip in the announced HP iPaq 600/900series is enabled for 7.6Mbps!

Hardware Video Acceleration is also a nice touch.

But whats REALLY nice is the stay of BAN from the court case between Qualcomm infringing (allegedly) on Broadcomm's patents was STAYED. allowing Samsung, Motorola, HTC, etc to ship to the USA based on this chipset

& whats up with THIS clamshell SE announced.?
